Before we get started we'll want to learn a bit more about you through our templated questionnaire - and for you to get to know us and our Value Creation Methodology in a follow up discussion. That's all without obligation.
If it feels like we can be great partners for your journey then we will agree a framework for how we will travel together - or to focus on a particular pain point. That sets the scope and then you set the timeline.
We can agree a limited engagement plan where we help you structure a plan of work and you retain us for a fixed number of hours a month to oversee the agenda - or you can choose to have us intensively involved in driving a project. Alternatively you might retain us as an Advisory Board and we meet with you to provide feedback on a regular cadence.
Whichever you choose, we'll always want to get to know you, your team and your business first. So we'll look to agree a one day workshop with you and / or your management team to kick things off.
